Since the reform and opening up, the primary and middle school teachers' training background changes constantly, the new curriculum reform, the society, the family, the students increase their demand to the high level of teachers. Based on this, the study probes the reform and opening of teacher training reform process, and points out its reform tendency. In particular, its main contents are as follows:First of all, this study combed the related literature on training, and then defines the concepts of teachers'training which was taken to as the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly, this research analyses the process of teacher training since the reform and opening, taking the teacher training's target change under the policy of the guidance of teachers' training as a standard. This process is divided into three stages. They are the stage of Ability to compensate and degree to standard (reform and opening up to the end of1980s), the stage of higher degree and continue to education (the1990s) and the stage of teacher training key focuses on (from the end of1990s till now). Each stage was analyzed from the training goal, training objects, training content and training institutions and so on.Then, this study probes into the change trend of the teachers'training since reform and opening up. More than30years, to the primary and secondary teacher training, the characteristics of administration are apparent, the right of training is gradually down. Attention is gradually from the knowledge and higher degree to the ability of teachers to carry out the quality education. It's from emphasizing the obligation to pay attention to both of the obligation and the power. The simplification of training gradually turns to diversification and the train system is gradually moving towards integration.Finally, the author thinks of the process of the primary and middle school teachers'training since the reform and opening, from four aspects summarizes the30years of teacher training change and teachers'practical problems, and then gives the suggestion to improve the primary and middle school teachers' training. On the whole, the problems include:the teacher training security administration leaded to training excess, the training content and resources couldn't meet the teachers' needs and there was no teacher incentive system as a guarantee. To solve these problems, the study suggests:first, formulate appropriate leading teacher training plan, and pay attention to the effectiveness of implementation; pay attention to school-based research and build the training community; increase the teacher training financial investment, improve the teachers' training financial investment mechanism and then To strengthen the training of teachers, and pay attention to the research of The Times and the scientific nature.
