With the increasing progress of the science and technology and the rapid development of the society, the requirements for knowledge structure and quality of the labors are undergoing dramatic changes, and skilled and applied talents become the favorite of the labor market, which provides an unprecedented space and timing for the development of higher vocational education. Therefore, in the new period, the higher vocational education should cultivate skilled and applied talents with solid theoretical knowledge and skilled operational ability in the front line of production and management, so as to give full play to the functions of the higher vocational education and improve its status in China's higher education system, and play a great role in economic development and technological progress for the local as well as the whole society. In a sense, the development of teachers is the development of the university, which determines the quality of a university's education and its talent cultivation. Therefore, there must be teachers with qualified quantity structure, excellent professional skills and strong ability in the higher vocational education to cultivate qualified and high-quality vocational talents. Thus, it is an inevitable choice for the higher vocational education to strengthen the construction of double-quality teachers provide a variety of in-service training for teachers, and improve teachers'professional knowledge and practical ability.The contents of this paper is the in-service training of vocational school teachers, apply the literature analysis method and comparative study method, by summarized and analyzed of domestic and foreign-related information, strive to valuable exploration about the higher vocational school teachers in-service training.In this paper, the in-service training of double-quality teachers in vocational colleges is the research object. The necessity, the theoretical and the policy foundation of the construction of double-quality teachers in vocational colleges were first introduced. Then the status quo, the existing problems and the cause of such problems of the in-service training of double-quality teachers in vocational colleges was explored based on the summarization and organization of the papers from various channels. Finally, the following recommendations were provided according to the successful experience of the in-service training of double-quality teachers in vocational colleges in developed countries:change the concepts and enhance the understanding of the in-service training of teachers in vocational colleges; strengthen the policies and regulations and provide security environment of the in-service training of teachers in vocational colleges; formulate scientific and rational in-service training programs and raise funds of in-service training through multiple channels; adopt flexible training forms; establish scientific and comprehensive system of assessment; strengthen the in-service training of part-time teachers. The paper provides some valuable references to make the in-service training of double-quality teachers in vocational colleges standardized, rationalized and schematized.This study strive to provide some reference about higher vocational college teachers in-service training, provide its towards a standardized and scientific road. |
