Since the21st century, in the backdrop of the international curriculum reform,China's new round of curriculum reform vigorously carried out. As an important andindispensable part of science education of middle school, physical knowledge and skillsis one of the core content of science education in China. In the science education of ourprimary school and junior high school and the physical education, students' mastery ofknowledge and skills, and what effect will be carried out by knowledge examined in thecourse to the students, which are all issues what the new curriculum reform concerns.With the in-depth development of the concept of the new curriculum reform, theeducational goal of basic education curriculum which is designed to impart knowledgehave been changed, we not only have to pay more attention to students' mastery ofknowledge and skills,but also be more concerned about the students in processes andmethods of mastering knowledge and skills, and the accompanying emotion, attitudeand values. Evaluation as an important way of understanding the students' learningstatus and learning outcomes, not only have the selecting and screening function, andcan help us to create the education which is suitable for children", service for thedevelopment of students, and establish evaluation system which can motivate students'interest in learning and self-learning ability. Then we must change the educational goalsof physics which only focus on the teaching and learning of scientific knowledge andskills, physics teaching should be more diversified, the methods and functions of thecorresponding physical measurement and evaluation also should be changed. There area variety of forms of physical evaluation, such as test-papers, activities, experiments,production and discussions. Among them, exam evaluation as one of the main teachingevaluation in the current education system plays a very important role in the evaluation,diagnosis, prediction and direction of physics teaching. t present, using the scientificeducational measurement and advanced evaluation methods to find out students'learning status and learning outcomes has become an international trend. So, how todevelop effective physical education evaluation, and let physical education evaluationbecome an effective way of promoting the development of science educational reformand improving the quality of education in China, which are still lack of a more systematic theoretical study and successful scientific practices.However, some large-scale basic education evaluation projects, such as TIMSS,PISA, and NAEP assessment, whose research reports on the philosophy of theevaluation, technology, tools, the development trends are endless, provide valuablereferences for the formulation and revision of education policies of participatinggovernments and regions involved in the evaluation. Three large-scale basic educationevaluation project s' evaluation process system, designed-concepts, methods ofoperation, preparation of the test subject, if combined into the physical evaluationunder the concept of our new curriculum, build a evaluation system suitable for ourscience education, there is no doubt that it brings practical value and far-reachinghistorical significance to the research and development of the field of evaluation ofscience and physics education in the elementary school and the junior high school.Research methods taken in this study, includes literature and comparative law, thecontent of the study focus on the similarities and differences of the concept of theevaluations, content, purpose, object, sampling of TIMSS2011, PISA2009,NAEP2009, and its design in the evaluation of physical questions examined appropriatescientific content, cognitive skills and science process skills; the subject should beincluded in each content area; how to set scientific inquiry and question types and itsdistribution and so on.Through comparative analysis, we can find out that there are some similaritiesexisted between these three evaluation projects in the research concept, content,purpose and the sampling of the object, science assessment framework for theevaluation project design and the physical preparation and design of the questions ofthese three evaluation projects are obvious differences, through comparative analysis ofthe results and thinking, it is helpful for the development of science and physicsassessment in our primary school and junior high school under the new curriculumideas.
