In the current environment, the international economy, science and technology are constantly developing,improve the quality of education, strengthen the national scientific literacy has become an important task of the great cause of national education. Monitoring the scientific academic level of primary and middle school students and analysis of influencing factors, it is an important means to measure the level of basic quality of science education. Science education workers have been working hard to build, explore, improve and perfect the evaluation methods. Looking at the international more influential science education evaluation project is the following three: TIMSS, it is one of the most influential international assessment project; PISA, the number of its participating countries and regions is the largest in the world; NAEP, American students’ academic achievement evaluation system, the most credible assessment project.The research object of this paper is the following three evaluation items: TIMSS, PISA, NAEP. This paper will focus on the analysis of the three evaluation projects in 2015, the evaluation object, content, form, purpose, content area, test dimension, etc. First, respectively, compared to the previous evaluation, trying to summarize the latest changes in the 2015 assessment. Then compare the three with each other, trying to find out the similarities and differences between them. Finally, put their earth and space(universe) questions as the research object, analysis the question type, question types and the distribution ratio, propositional language, content, test development and scoring criteria and other characteristics.By comparison study found that:(1) TIMSS2015, PISA2015, NAEP2015 and the calendar year, there are new changes; the evaluation purpose, dimensions, scientific practice or ability definition of the three are also different. similar in the three dimensional aspect of knowledge,all contain Earth and space(cosmic) fields.(2)Three in the field of earth and space(the universe) in the field of test types, distribution, language, graphics, content areas, preparation methods, scoring standards, there are advantages to learn.Finally, draw four inspirations:(1)It should be closely combined with the curriculum standard, and should pay attention to the design of a reasonable test framework;(2) We should evaluate students’ scientific literacy and their development from many dimensions and comprehensive evaluation;(3) Test questions should pay attention to the design of multi life situation, but also to enrich the field of the earth and space(the universe) in the field of test types;(4) We should choose effective evaluation methods, scoring standards and tools, and improve the evaluation techniques.
