Middle school education is the important stage of compulsory education and plays a basic role in the whole middle education system. A schoolmaster of the middle school is an important manager in the school teaching and learning, operation and management. Their management notions will directly affect the school management operation and the performance of the school teaching. How to consummate the schoolmasters'notions, which are to promote the development of the school and create the high level of teaching quality, is one of the most important research projects in the compulsory school education stage.This study starts with the importance and necessity of the schoolmasters'management notions, expounding the significance of the schoolmasters'humanistic management, defining the core concepts of this study(people oriented,humanistic management,the headmaster or president responsibility system) and sorting out the domestic and foreign relevant schoolmasters'management notions.To fully utilize the knowledge of human resource management, education management and education economics, to analyze and summarize the data carefully which is collected from more ten middle schoolmasters, 50 teachers and over 200 students by visiting and symposiums, the theoretical principle of this study is the scientific development concept of the human-oriented thought. There are many problems in the schoolmasters'management notions, such as what kind of the schoolmasters'management notions should be advocated in the new curriculum change stage, what are the form of the schoolmasters'management notions in the school management, how to make the schoolmasters'management notions embodying the people-oriented humanism management thoughts, how to improve and enhance the primary and middle school principal management concepts and management abilities. Based on the existing problems, schoolmasters'management notions are to do a long analysis and reorganization, build. To proposed appraisal system for principals of the schools, the pre-job or job training is very importance; The integration of secondary school principals is the modern management concepts of the internal factors, such as: enriching the concept of self-education, vigorously promoting education, theoretical knowledge, and consciously setting lofty goals and improving personal life charm, and the supervision of departments responsible for managing through education and training, secondary school principals to further deepen the management mechanism. Integrating and deepening for promoting the middle school of establishing and improving people-oriented teaching management system and the quality education of humanistic management measures implementation to offer reference and so on.Society's current characteristics and management development need to decide the schoolmasters'long management notions should have theoretical, practical, advancement, expansibility and overall etc. The advocated contents of the schoolmasters'management notions are should be included: the correct modern education concept of value, advanced managerial concept, advanced personnel management idea, the right career role positioning concept, etc.The schoolmasters'humanistic management notions take an important role in the school development, which are picked as the breakthrough point, deepening the research of the schoolmasters'management notions.
