With the rapid development of information technology, Online Education has become a sign of the national comprehensive development of each country, the style of our learning and life is changed at an unprecedented rate. At the same time, the development of remote education makes that we can study anywhere at any time and lifelong learning becomes possible. As a large agricultural nation, developing agricultural production vigorously in china is the base of the nation. The application and popularization of new agricultural technology are prerequisites for the development of agriculture. But the gap between urban and rural areas is one of the main reasons that impact and impede to agricultural development. Based on this, according to the needs of the rural information construction in Sichuan urban and rural service platform, the thesis analyzes the design deficiencies on the interactive network teaching platform comprehensively, proposes this subject, and through theoretical and empirical research, puts forward a set of feasible solutions.Firstly, this thesis introduces the background and significance of the research, expounds domestic and foreign research status. After that, with the statement of the constructivism learning theory, this thesis puts forward the supporting theoretical:an interactive teaching model. Combined with the interactive teaching mode, the ring of distance learning and interactive hierarchical model theory, the thesis makes a comprehensive teaching interactive system designed for all aspects in modern education, and proposes a complete program for building an interactive learning platform. Then compared the PiXian field research with the traditional agricultural technology promotion, proposes to set up the remote classroom to be feasible and innovative on urban and rural service platform. And then based on the analysis of the remote classroom teaching objectives, learner characteristics and teaching strategies, etc., the thesis analyses and designs the teaching platform.Finally, the thesis built a network of real-time teaching interactive classroom platform successfully on ubuntu11.04server. Though the empirical research and the operation and maintenance, which lasts for half and a years, the system achieves the expected demands basically, and has been put into practical applications. At the end of the thesis, the author analyzes and summarizes for the objective impact of the audio and video transmission conditions, and proposes constructive comments for their improvements...
