| Under the proposal of " Innovating Strengthens Province " , innovation has become a core element of promoting Zhejiang economy and society to continuously develop.This kind of change is not only accord with the current era of the knowledge economy development, but also Zhejiang province's current economic transformation. Meantime more demands to Zhejiang Province University Graduate Education has put forward .On one hand, the social economy ask for more graduate talent and research output ; on the other hand, postgraduate training resource requirements are also rising. The scarcity of resources postgraduate education is becoming more and more seriously, greatly restricted the further development of postgraduate education. In the resources allocation of postgraduate education, the objective contradiction existence is between the limited educational resources and educational resources required infinity. To solve this problem, the problem of optimizing the allocation of educational resources must be solved firstly.with the limited resource, postgraduate education resources getted reasonable configuration and optimize configuration can improve its resource use efficiency. The rational allocation of college education resources is the both practical needs of postgraduate education development and the innovation development of Zhejiang Province.This paper uses a method which combines the theoretical analysis with the empirical study unify, analyzing types and the allocation of postgraduate education resources in Zhejiang province. Base on the research of its status in quo, elicits specific evaluation index. And taking Zhejiang University of Technology as an example, the article uses DEA analysis method to analysis the postgraduate education resource allocation efficiency.On this foundation,it point out the principle for optimizing the allocation of graduate education resources in strong innovation perspective. Finally, the paper suggests the countermeasure of postgraduate education resources allocation from three respects of government, market and university. |
