| In June2001, the Ministry of Education issued the Curriculum Reform of Basic Education Program (trial implementation) and put forward instructions,"changing the situation that course management is too centralized, carrying out a course management of3levels which include state, local governments and school, strengthening adaptability of courses of locality, schools and students ". Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is located in the southwest of Hubei province, and the only minority settlements in Hubei. The regional economy and education development is relatively backward, but Tujia and Miao minority have settled here for a long time, the folkway and custom is unique, and it has rich resources of sports and culture. According to the requirement of the Curriculum Reform of Basic Education Program (trial implementation), the course management of3levels and the actual situation of high schools in Enshi and making full use of local resources of sports and culture and materials resources of PE curriculum, exploitation some highly adaptive school-based PE curriculum is both the starting point and the end result of this study. In this paper, by using methods like documentary, questionnaire investigation, interview and mathematical statistics; through investigation of the two necessary conditions, sports items offering conditions and resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum conditions of high schools in Enshi; analyzing the factor which influence the resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum in high schools in Enshi; listing case of resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum of some model high schools in Enshi, the author put forward some countermeasure and suggestion of resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum for high schools in Enshi, aiming at providing countermeasures of resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum for high schools in Enshi and then providing reference of resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum for high school in national areaThe results indicate that:1. Two necessary conditions of resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum are insufficient in high schools in Enshi, lack of PE teachers and short of existing sports facilities. 2. The structure of sports items in high schools in Enshi is single. Most of them are track and field and ball, and few are national sports items. The sports items in two model high schools is rich, but still not maximally exploitation and using the existing resources of sports items.3. The teachers'attitude of exploitation are positive, but the resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum mostly rely on transforming existing sports items and introducing national tradition items, few of them are emerging sports items.4. The factors of manpower and material resources that influencing the resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum in high schools in Enshi are lack of attention of the school leader, the PE teachers shortage, weak force of students, limited conditions in school, financial support shortage, lack of attention of the locality, hard to achieve the maximization and optimization of the resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum.5. The1st high school of Badong, the model high school in Enshi, used " Tree section of the two activities " as the carrier, and chose exploitation mode that using national tradition items as characteristics. That can provide examples in the learning and reference for other schools, but the analysis of forming conditions of exploitation is still not enough, and do not have the common spread character.6. The countermeasures for resources exploitation of school-based PE curriculum in high schools in Enshi are:striving for attention of the school leader, increasing investment, improve sports facilities, attaching importance to introducing talents, pay attention to the teachers'training, improve the teachers' consciousness and ability of exploitation, making full use of the resources inside and outside the school, establish exploitation evaluation system and network communication platform, using a variety of methods to exploit. |
