Research On Development Of Non-public Secondary Vocational Education In Kunming

The development for secondary vocational education must be accelerated for increasing demand on the skilled and professional laborers to meets the requirements of economic development including the higher level of Industrialization and urbanization in our country. The secondary vocational education will train the skilled and professional laborers, and will set a good foundation for higher vocational education and higher-quality skilled and professional laborers. On the other hand, as an effective complement to public education, non-public education will help to relieve the problem of shortage on educational resources from the public education, and will promote the overall educational development by market competition mechanism.
