With the popularization of higher education, various cases concerning the conflicts between teacing and scienttific research appear., The relationship between teaching and research has been the major concern in academic research. What's more, it's conflict and fusion has become a hot topic. China is now during the period of social transformation, so different problems are highlighted ceaselessly. How to deal with this relationship not only affects the students'learning, but also leads to teacher's dilemma on teaching and scientific research. Moreover, it will have influence on the educational orientation of the whole school and the country. Thereby, the research on the conflict and fusion of teaching and scientific research has great theoretical significance as well as important practical significance. On one hand, the study can to a certain extent enrich the thoeries about scientific research and teaching and analyze their relationship from a broader perspective. on the other hand, it can be also used to guide us on how to deal with the relationship between research and teaching in universities of our country at present. The current Nowadays, there are many researches on the conflict and confusion of universities'scientific research and teaching in academic field. It not only reflects on the conflict of time, but also on the attitude and behavior. The reasons includes many different factors such as countries, societies, schools and teacher themselves. Therefore, we need look for the solutions in all levelsl and find a coordinate point to promote their fusion. Only in this way can we make the teaching promote scientific research and scientific research promote teaching in turn. This paper selects the X University as a case, using questionnaires and unstructured interviews, coupled with the method of literature and other research methods, so as to conduct a research on the relationship between scientific research and teaching in universities of our country. First of all, this paper adopts the method of literature review, making clear the relevant research in our country, and uses qualitative analysis method to undertake preliminary analysis as well as summarize the previous research achievements and shortcomings. Next, this paper using the method of questionnaire, investigates. And then, the paper undertakes quantitative analysis on the collected data with SPSS.Finally, the paper uses an unstructured interview to visit some teachers at random to further understand their views on scientific research and teaching.The study will be mainly divided into four parts on the above issues as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly elaborats the research background and significance. Besides, it reviews and reflects the relevant researches bot at home and abroad, point outs their inadequacy, and put forwards the innovation of this research. Then it introduces the research minds and research methods of this paper.The second chapter goesl further with the analysis about the conflicts in universities of our country and its causes. This study discusses the conflicts from many aspects such as time, space, universities, colleges and teachers.The third chapter analyzes the causes of the conflict of scientific research and teaching in X university. It mainly comes up with corresponding meansures from the levels of state, society, schools, and teachers so as to promote the harmonious development of scientific research and teaching.The fourth chapter is the suggestions about countermeasures to push forward the fusion of scientific research with teaching in universities, including making clear the universities'orientation and task, puting forward the system reform in teaching management and scientific research management, helping teachers deal with their relationships and coordinate the contradiction.
