Langfang City, venue of the swimming training did not carry out sports insurance business.3.The general situation of the coach: a survey of 32 coaches, 2 person younger than 20(accounts for 6.25% of the total), 10 people between 21 and 30(accounts for 31.25% of the total),women be in the majority(accounts for 75% of the total),2 person with Master Degree(accounts for 6.25% of the total),14 people with Bachelor's degree(accounts for 43.75% of the total),11 person with College degree(accounts for 34.37% of the total).24 coaches are country second-level athlete(accounts for 75% of the total),6 coaches are first-level athlete(accounts for 18.75% of the total),2 coaches are national-level master athletes(accounts for 6.25% of the total).the coaches always teach the three-year period or more than 3 years.75% of the coaches have Swimming coaches qualifications.84.37% of them have 6-10 years or more than 10 years experience. 75% of the coaches have participated in training activities.4.The investigations of parents and children who joined the summer swimming training: the survey showed that 43.36% of the children are learning to swim on their own initiative, 19.58% of the children are learning to swim up through the purpose of physical exercise,16.08% of the children are asked the parents to learn, other 7.34% cause they like play water so they join in the summer swimming training. Develop the child's character and strong their body is the main reason why the parents let their child to learn swimming ,account for 35.31% and 33.91%.The influencing factors include the reputation of the train class, cost and coach, account for 29.02%,23.08% and 11.19%。5.The current situation of the summer swimming training : Langfang City, summer swimming course taught the basic strokes are breaststroke, 12-14 times hours of training is the main form of training ; a single instruction time is generally 90 minutes -100 minutes, total training costs $ 350 -400 million, divided into elementary teaching content and improve the classes, training in the assessment system are quite different there is no uniform standard。Conclusion: Based on the Langfang Children's swimming short-term summer training status of the investigation and analysis, the following conclusions: 1. Langfang City swimming venues and the growing number of swimming enthusiasts are not proportional to the venues of varying hardware and software facilities.2. Langfang City swimming training industry management system is imperfect, regulation is not strict, summer swimming course run there is no uniform standard, loose coaches induction system, Furthermore, do not take the training of coaches seriously so that the coaches knowledge update is relatively slow and professional knowledge structure is aging.3.The swimming coaches' age and professional title structure of langfang are more reasonable and the coaches have certain enterprising and the good professional spirit. Most coaches have rich experience in teaching swimming. The work of systemic education and re-education for coaches need to further strengthen and improved.4. Langfang City sports insurance system is flawed, the summer of swimming training did not provide the appropriate insurance.5.LangFang swimming coaches in swimming training experience in teaching in the majority, and technical teaching elements relatively lack of scientific and systematic.
