The traditional teaching-style in junior high school physics electricity makes great challenges. The reality of teaching junior high school physics electrical urgent need of a new teaching model will appear and apply to optimize practical teaching junior high school physics electrical teachings. Based on the above considerations, the author conducts a deep study of this subject.This paper is to study junior high school physical electrical model and the traditional method of teaching information in the literature research and analysis. At the same time, the author uses the online survey over the hometown situations of physics teaching in junior high school conducts a survey analysis. The above document study and on-line questionnaire will go on further to learn the status of teaching high school physics electricity, especially in the teaching process some problems which is combined with junior high school physics teaching their electrical characteristics and the author conducts a deep research. In the Constructivist Learning Theory, Dual Teaching Theory, Instructional Design and methods of guidance deep study and construct information technology. The integration of teaching high school physics electrical "Self-interaction" and proposed mode Graphs is teaching specific implementation of the teaching process. How to locate the role of teachers and students in the model is a teaching model proposed strategy as well. The author of PEP eighth grade textbook in the next volume of the electrical design of teaching junior high school physics "family safe use of electricity" as a case of instructional design and teaching in physical electricity is to some extent practical applications and reflection summaries.The paper is the core of information technology and the integration of teaching junior high school physics electrical diagram proposed. The author makes this teaching process and reflects on the case of studies and practices.
