| With the innovation of technology and the development of the Internet Information technology, digital learning has gradually entering the education field. Countries begin to research into digital learning successively . Information technology is not only the tools of expanding Learning material, learning resources, electronic textbooks, but also the tools of expanding human intelligence development and thinking development. The 21st century, is a new time to require talents in a high level, whether having the high order thinking skills is a standard to measure talents. Therefore, how to use the information technology to develop the higher order thinking skills is a worthy subject in education field. The research of the paper can provide theoretical basis for digital learning resources whose goal is to develop the hither order thinking skills of students of physics of junior middle school, and enhance the Effective application of information technology that is not the substitute for the book and the blackboard, but the method of developing skills and thinking.Base on research of higher order thinking skills abroad and education concept of developing thinking inland, analysis of course standards of physics of junior middle school, according to its subject content characteristic and learning characteristic, searching the content which fit for higher order thinking learning, I propose the higher order thinking skills of physics of junior middle school which is problem solving skills, and endow it a new meaning. According to the basic components and characteristic of the study, I put forward the method to train problem solving skills using the information technology and the teaching mode that face to rain problem solving skills, and focused on the research of problem designing and resource designing. Finally, according to the proposed teaching mode, analysis and design the network learning platform for physics learning of junior middle school, and design a case. The network learning platform provides the platform of scientific inquiry learning, the method of improving students' high-order thinking skills, the learning environment of personal development and social needs. |
