Under the background of new curriculum reform, Chinese writing teaching has changed a lot, so it is necessary to study senior Chinese writing textbook at the basic of curriculum. This paper analyses the demands of wring ability in senior middle school Chinese curriculum, including paying more attention to the psychological needs of students while writing, which advocates the combination of sensibility with logos, personality with creativity. It also consolidates the ability to express one`s opinion and the ways to express it, therefore further emphasizing the writing procedure. According to the above requests, after trimming the Chinese writing text materials of Edition of Jiangsu Education Press, this paper analyses the advantages as well as shortcomings of the teaching materials in detail .The advantages are as follows: it well motivates the students` writing interest and enthusiasm; creats situation properly; integrates sensible thinking with rational thinking; defers to the personality and creativity, etc. On the other hand, the writing topics should be further polished, and the introducing information of topics is lack of necessary maneuverability. At the same time, through the careful research, the paper tries to use the statistics to find out the using situation of writing materials and have a careful research into the present Chinese writing situation in author`s school, thus improving the validity of writing teaching. In the end, this paper put forward some suggestions aiming at Chinese writing teaching of Senior Middle School of Edition of Jiangsu Education Press. Before writing, the teacher focuses on the instructions, helps the students develop good writing habit, and pay attention to the validity and logy of correction. In addition, during the daily teaching practice, the teacher should pay attention to the development of students` writing ability. For example, reifies the writing instruction to fulfill the teaching aims, utilize subject writing teaching to strengthen the writing ability, and pay attention to the writing of humanity and utility. This paper mainly applies comparative analysis, and questionnaire to carefully analyze the curriculum and writing textbook, then put forward several practical suggestions at the basis of present writing teaching situation. It aims at improvement of writing teaching as well as the students` writing ability.
