The Research Of Parents' Child Welfare Concept In Changchun City

As China's economic development, national strength,foreign social welfare thought in the spread of China,the government and the public began to concern for social welfare services. Child welfare is an important component of social welfare departments, in recent years,with changes of the people's thought to the children, government and the community started to pay attention child welfare, June 2010 UNICEF, the Ministry of Social Welfare and Charity Promotion Division, Beijing Normal University Institute of Social Development and Public Policy, jointly held in Beijing, China, Child Welfare Policy Forum, and issued "China's Child Welfare Policy Report. " This shows that the government has realized that children are an independent individual, who is no longer an adjunct, should enjoy the rights of their own; also aware of the realization of children's welfare is not only the rights of the child protection , but also for all children Developments would have a negligible effect. At present, China child welfare is in the transition phase, from fill a vacancy-type to the system type, Pratt & Whitney type welfare , in order to better protect the welfare of children, need to establish policies and regulations to restrain and guide the implementation of the staff. Policies and regulations formulated by one of the bases is the public's ideas and expert advice, the study on the basis of a large number of documentation to read at home and abroad, through a questionnaire to parents of Changchun City to analyze the status of the concept of child welfare. Hope for the formulation of relevant policies and provide a basis, and to interview for the assistance, to further explore the impact of factors causing this situation and put forward their own proposals.This study consists of four parts:Part I: Introduction. The background of this study is that countries in the world are concerned about child welfare issues and our government has begun to attach importance to child welfare. Both from the theoretical and practical significance of this research to be addressed and through social welfare, child welfare-related research conducted to define and study the concepts reviewed, and research methods should be described.Part II: Study design. Mainly elaborated research questions and research methods two aspects.Part III: Changchun City, parents of view of the status of child welfare and influencing factors. Mainly from four aspects of child welfare in Changchun City, parents of the status concept are analyzed: Parents understand the child welfare situation and the status of the basic attitude, the rights of parents'awareness of child welfare, parents of child welfare needs and expectations, parents to child welfare agencies or departments for help awareness. Through interviews and questionnaires to parents, analyze the factors affected children in the welfare of Changchun City, summarized in view of the macro factors and micro factors.Part IV: Summary of the study and recommendations. Based on the above summary of conclusions of this study and put forward some proposals to better promote the welfare of our children and parents to form a correct view of child welfare.
