The New Curriculum Reform conforms to the need of The Times. It is goal to develop the students'creativity and their ability to practice in biology. It is the great significance to the development of state, society and private. People today are facing a series of severe problems in society, economics, life, environment, etc. In the fierce competition, a renovation of knowledge is especially important. In the course of carrying out quality education, it is an essential topic to cultivate a group of new people who are more creative and more accustomed to the tone of the time. This is a tremendous force that could promote the development of our country. Teaching idea change improve Teaching methods change. It is attention to Question Teaching Method to be a effective teaching method. The way I use in the subject is case-research. How to create question situation; which problems will be avoided in the question teaching method .It will develop the students'creativity and their ability to practice in biology.The paper research three instances of Question Teaching Method in the classroom starting. To summary which problems will be avoided in the Question Teaching Method. Based on the teaching theories, the paper in its exploration applies documentary method and case-research method. The following text is divided into five parts: Part I, The history of Question Teaching Method and The research situation of Question Teaching Method home and abroad; The second part, the definition of the concept and theoretical basis; third part of the inquiry into the biology classroom - teaching to explore the implementation of case studies. Finally, Conclusions and recommendations to address the problem of a deeper inquiry teaching thinking.
