Traditional teaching usually emphasizes teaching while neglects learning and overlooks students position as the predominant ones in class, as a result, it limits students'activity and creativity, restrains the cultivation of students'creative thinking, enthusiasm and practical ability. Question-oriented teaching method is a teaching method with questions as its center:the teacher, by creating the proper environment, stimulates students to raise questions (the major part of the method) and adds some more interwoven questions. With these opportunities to explore and solve problems, students could acquire knowledge, cultivate their intelligence and master some skills, and hence form the ability of discover and solve problems by themselves. This method could teach the students necessary knowledge and skills in their life-long learning, make them able to learn with the proper orientation. Therefore it is visible that there is potential application value if Question-oriented teaching method is applied in biology class.The study is carried on under the purpose of How apply Question-oriented teaching method in high school biology class and application of results, Based on Literature study, discuss the review of Question-oriented teaching method; theoretical basis; defining characteristics and operating modes. And under the guidance of the operating mode Question-oriented teaching method is applied in biology class, to expand practice study. Research by setting the experimental classes and control classes, experimental approach Question-oriented teaching method, the control class using traditional teaching methods, practice is continued two months. Using questionnaires to collect relevant information about the biology interest and biological awareness of students, obtain the changes about the biology interest and biological awareness of students before and after study.
