Teachers'professional development is now a hot topic in educational research. In China, there are many famous expert mathematics teachers. The researches on these teachers will be very significant for the students graduated from normal school and young teachers'professional development.This survey will focus on the case study of expert mathematics teacher Sheng Chun in Suzhou NO.1 High School. The paper uses interview, questionnaire survey, classroom observation, material analysis and other methods to review Sheng's 20 years'teacher career, and then analyzes the factors that affect Sheng's teacher professional development in the following four dimensions: professional knowledge, educational rationale, teaching behavior and organizational skills of mathematical activities.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: As a mathematic teacher, should have profound professional knowledge, advanced mathematics educational theories to guide the teaching and ability to promote all aspects from teaching practice, etc.
