With the application of literature data, survey of the expert, mathematical statistic, comprehensive analysis, the current situation of aerobics course of the university in Jiangsu province was research in this paper. Through the research, the author want discover the problem of aerobics course of the university in Jiangsu province, and look for the countermeasures, and provide the references for the innovation of aerobics course.The result shows: Firstly, all the teachers and students knew the importance of the teaching of aerobics course of 14 universities in Jiangsu province. They agreed the situation of aerobics course in the university. But the teaching of theory contents was ignored. The time of theory teaching was limited, the link of theory and practice was inadequate, and textbook couldn't meet the need of teaching and behind the times. The number of teacher was enough, but number of student was not attained the standard of the program of direction. Many teachers and students think that the teaching condition was lack, included indoor field was not enough, the equipments were lack and old, and books and documents of aerobics was old and not enough. Secondly, in the course of teaching, unconventional teaching methods and the interaction between teachers and students were laid store by the teachers, but modern teaching methods were less. Thirdly, study evaluation contents of aerobics course became full and diversification. The teacher's recognition was high, and the style of study evaluation contents was become reasonable. And the implement of it was not satisfied. Many students were agreed with the situation of the study evaluation of aerobics, but about 10 percents of the students was not satisfied. When the teachers evaluate the grades, they were apt to using the methods of quantitative, but the students want to be evaluated by comprehensive methods. Fourthly, the teacher's age structure was rational, and positional titles were good, most of them think they were competent for the work. Lastly, the students'study interest was very high, about 80 percents of them like the aerobics course. The motive of the study include body building, strong and handsome, mental healthy, satisfy the interest, active and enrich the culture and life, take part in the social intercourse, and improve the taste of appreciation of the beauty and sentiment. About 90 percents of them satisfied the current situation of the aerobics course.Combine with the development of the trends of teaching inform and the current situation of aerobics course, the author provided the advices: Firstly, building the characteristic teaching content system of the aerobics course. Secondly, pay more attention of the pervasion of the theory contents of aerobics teaching. Thirdly, improve the teaching condition and the quality of teaching. Fourthly, renovate the logos of education, innovate the teaching methods. Fifthly, build the diversification, and rationalization, and scientific study evaluation system of the study of the aerobics course. Lastly, enhance the construction of the teaching contingent of the aerobics course.
