School campus culture of human culture as a system of organic important component of the entire basic education has an important role in the dissemination of human knowledge, knowledge innovation, personnel training and scientific research .We have a remarkable performance in secondary school campus culture construction with the transition from examination-oriented education to all-round development education .However, we must realize that the campus culture is still at a low lever .The construction of campus culture is still in an incompact and disorder state .The confinement factors of campus culture such as lack of personality become obstacles in its development .It's hard for the school to improve itself to the higher level since all the factors .As we known ,the young people of secondary school are experiencing the hard process of self awakening and self establishing . Their philosophy and word view are set up at the stage .Therefore, it's necessary to construct the campus culture . All forms of school at all levels establish a"healthy, lively"campus culture and set up a good school spirit and a good study spirit to make the campus become the main position of socialist spiritual civilization . This is requested by the document of Development of Chinese Educative Reform .Therefore ,campus culture is the reflection of socialist spiritual civilization .It is the special spirit of a school .As a power of environment education ,the advanced campus culture plays a very important role in helping students to develop good characters . Through the school's cultural atmosphere and cultural environment and cultural activities as well as the most common pattern of behavior and school rules and regulations and other cultural factors, in order to standardize, and hinted that the influence and inspiration and management methods, the members of the school constrained and influenced, directly or indirectly affect the students thinking, moral system, personality psychology and behavior habits. The thesis is composed of three parts. The first part highlights the theories of campus culture construction and puts forward the problems in the construction of secondary school campus culture and the corresponding resolving measures.
