The Study Of Secondary Vocational School Campus Culture Construction

This thesis has adopt literature data method, questionnaire survey method and action research method to analyze several functions of the culture construction of the secondary vocational school, which are the guiding function, cohesion function and cognitive integration function. It has introduced the practice of YR campus culture construction and analyzed factors of some problems, such as the student’s weak knowledge basis, teachers’ major defects, lacking of innovation, systematic science and prospective and so on. It has also discussed countermeasures such as the comprehensive integration of school-enterprise culture, the innovation of culture construction content, planning cultural infrastructure to strengthen secondary school campus culture construction.
