Co-teaching advocates the teaching process by teachers and students together in complete equality and cooperation to enable students to enjoy learning. It has an important significance in teaching writing among township middle schools.The importance of teaching writing is self-evident, but the teaching of writing has long been inefficient in the embarrassing situation of high consumption, especially at this stage of facing the reshaping of the towns. Township middle school students are generally low level of writing, Writing can hardly attract their interests and they are afraid of writing."Full-time language courses compulsory standard"for junior high school essay has made a number of higher demands. I, as a township junior high school language teacher to teach in No 5 Middle School of Suzhou Industrial Park have investigated the status of teaching writing. Meanwhile, some teachers and students have been interviewed. After thinking about and sorting out the survey results, under the guidance of the new curriculum ideas, combining with modern township middle school environment and cultural differences, I have proposed to introduce the concept of co-teaching writing and the establishment of township middle school collaborative model of teaching writing.The new model of township middle school teaching is collaborative writing. Class is the place to provide students with the basic group learning environment. While teachers guide students in the participation and cooperation to complete the whole process of writing - raising the subject, collecting material to complete the writing, marking assignments, providing comments about the feedback assignments and other aspects .Our aim is to rich cooperation between students and between teachers and students to create equal, encouraging atmosphere, stimulate and maintain students'interest in writing, so that students are able to complete its task of writing by means of interaction and cooperation.I hope to set up a writing model to stimulate students'interest and attract students to actively participate in teaching of writing, and eventually to improve the writing efficiency of township middle schools.
