Study On The Guaranteeing Strategies Of The French Adults' Learning Rights

The study right is the fundamental human rights which every citizen should enjoy, it is a basic right that take the adult learner as a main body who uses kinds of learning resources sufficiently and in order to satisfies their requirements of learning and development. The widespread influence of Lifelong-education, Lifelong-Learning and the overall establishing of Learning-Society makes learning right comes true. Adult education is a very important field in Lifelong-Learning system. Whether the right of adult learning is realized or not is the key to carry out the system of Lifelong- Education. Lifelong Education originated in France, it is the first country in the world through legislation to protect the rights of national adult learning, and it has formed a more mature theoretical system of Lifelong-Education. This article is a systematic outline of the guaranteeing strategies of the French adults'learning rights from the organizational security policies, laws and regulations guaranteeing strategies, learning institution strategies, funding strategies. Besides, it points out the problems in protection of the rights of adult learning in our country.
