The study right is the fundamental human rights which every citizen should enjoy, it is a basic right that take the adult learner as a main body who uses kinds of learning resources sufficiently and in order to satisfies their requirements of learning and development. The widespread influence of Lifelong-education, Lifelong-Learning and the overall establishing of Learning-Society makes learning right comes true. Adult education is a very important field in Lifelong-Learning system. Whether the right of adult learning is realized or not is the key to carry out the system of Lifelong- Education. Lifelong Education originated in France, it is the first country in the world through legislation to protect the rights of national adult learning, and it has formed a more mature theoretical system of Lifelong-Education. This article is a systematic outline of the guaranteeing strategies of the French adults'learning rights from the organizational security policies, laws and regulations guaranteeing strategies, learning institution strategies, funding strategies. Besides, it points out the problems in protection of the rights of adult learning in our country. Finally, it comes to the conclusion of the successful experience of adult education in France to bring the issue of protection of the rights of adult learning and adult education reform.The main contents of the thesis are as the following:Chapter one: Exordium. As the threshold of the thesis, this chapter mostly introduced the origin and background of the research, summarized relational research literature both inside and outside our country, and pointed out the significance of this research. Chapter two: The theoretical base and social background of the system that guarantee the righting of adult learning in France. This chapter based on equality in education theory, the learning society and the concept of lifelong education, discusses the French the right to actively implement the protection of the social context of adult learning, adult learning clear that the protection of the rights of France, the basis and starting point.Chapter three: The guaranteeing strategies of the French adults'learning rights. This part is a systematic outline of the guaranteeing strategies of the French adults'learning rights from the oorganizational security policies, laws and regulations guaranteeing strategies, learning institution strategies, funding strategies.Chapter four: the problems in protection of the rights of adult learning in our country. According to the French experience in protection of the rights of adult learning, from learning opportunities, laws and regulations, several aspects of investment funds that protection of the rights of adult learning problems.Chapter five: The experience and enlightenment of adult education in France to bring the issue of protection of the rights of adult learning and adult education reform.
