A Comparative Study Of Football Training For Chinese And French Children In The Enlightenment Period

Enlightenment training is of great significance to the cultivation of football reserve talents and lays a solid foundation for the development of football in a country.In order to catch up with the pace of developed countries in Europe,Chinese football must follow the objective law of football development,formulate a scientific and systematic football talent training program,and then according to the needs of the talent training program,cultivate the football reserve talents needed by the country,so as to ensure the sustainable development of Chinese football.This topic research aimed by the French way of juvenile football training and experience,the innovation development idea,relying on scientific training methods,reasonable compliance system of small player selection system,the correct understanding of China's juvenile football talent training is insufficient,facing to the defect of its education,for the sustainable development of the Chinese youth football talent training to lay a solid foundation.Research to chengdu in sichuan province thesis schools and montpellier erro province football club as the investigation object of this topic,using literature and expert interview()at home and abroad such as research methods,through to the enlightenment period in football training idea,small player selection system,competition system,training methods,training path and the training effect and so on six aspects to conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis,find enlightenment period training problem of Chinese football,for the improvement of China's soccer training to provide theoretical support and practical basis.Through an in-depth investigation on the enlighten period training of Chinese and French football,comparative analysis and research show that: 1)The enlighten period training course of Football in Jinniu District of Chengdu is more competitive than that of Montpellier Football Club;2)It is difficult for traditional training methods to form the scale effect of talent training in youth training;3)Analysis of football training data is the key difference between Montpellier Football Club of France and Jinniu Football Initiation training method of Chengdu;4)The soccer competition system of Chengdu Jinniu District is more abundant than that of Montpellier Football Club in France;5)Compared with Jinniu District of Chengdu,the talent training mode of Montpellier Football Club in France is more perfect;6)The enlightenment training of Montpellier Football Club in France is more scientific than that of Chengdu Jinniu.Based on the comparison between Chinese and French football training in the enlightenment period,it is found that there is a huge difference between the two.Based on the differences between the two and the actual situation of China's youth training,this paper proposes countermeasures and Suggestions for China's youth football training:First,change the concept of youth football talent training,adhere to the scientific concept of development,adhere to the people-oriented,follow the law of youth talent training and development;Secondly,we should strengthen the training of football youth talents on campus and expand the overall base of football population;Thirdly,scientific and effective methods of enlightenment training should be adopted in stages to eliminate parents' concerns about the influence of football training on children's academic performance;Fourth,accelerate the promotion of China's youth football training program,improve China's youth training model of youth players in the enlightenment training system;Fifth,strengthen the leading role of the government,improve the supporting policies related to football,increase the intensity of capital injection and publicity,absorb social funds,and widely develop the football market;Sixth,broaden the training path of football talents,change the traditional education and management methods,develop the coach team comprehensively,attach importance to the football basic teaching and training level of coaches,and emphasize the training of football reserve talents in sports colleges and universities.
