The number of colleges and universities is growing,and the number of students and the total amount of state financial allocations are not increasing proportionally.The expectations and demands of the society for higher education are constantly improving,and even the fierce competition from universities around the world is brought together.So they are facing unprecedented challenges.In this context,colleges and universities as the main body of the school have to re-confirm their value and positioning,explore and maintain their own advantages,and combine the internal and external environment of the university to do scientific planning to adapt to the changes of the times,so strategic management becomes an important tools for the development of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities are a large and complex organization with many different stakeholders.Strategic management is a systematic project with overall,forward-looking and collective participation.Strategic management of colleges and universities will inevitably affect colleges and universities.The relevant stakeholders of various stakeholders are also inseparable from the participation and support of various stakeholders.Therefore,this study intends to analyze and study the current status and problems of strategic management in China from the perspective of stakeholders,and propose some countermeasures for further optimization of strategic management of universities.This paper consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction,which explains the research background and significance,the research ideas and methods,summarizes the research status at home and abroad and defines the core concepts;the second part elaborates the theoretical basis,including introducing stakeholders.The origin and connotation of the theory,clarify the relevance of the theory,and classify the stakeholders of the strategic management of the university,and then analyze the relationship between different stakeholders and the strategic management of the university;the third part uses the literature analysis method The successful cases of strategic management of three universities at home and abroad are analyzed,and the successful experiences of these three cases are summarized based on the perspective of stakeholders.The fourth part takes Ningbo University as an example to analyze the strategic management mode of Ningbo University.And the results achieved,and analyze the problems and causes from the perspective of stakeholders;the fifth part combines the successful experience of three successful cases,and the problems highlighted in the strategic management of Ningbo University,based on the perspective of stakeholders to improve China Strategic management of colleges and universities put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
