The Chinese educational idea of Speech Life Dynamics is firstly proposed by the famous Chinese language educationist Mr Xinhe Pan. This is a relatively new idea and has a rich content. This theory holds that Speech is the essential attribute of Human, and it discusses the mechanism of speech education and speech learning from the aspects of Language genesis, Linguistic anthropology and Speech dynamics. The theory also observes the internal connections between the meaning of speech, meaning of Human life being and Humanistic ideals to form the Speech performance theory of motivation, which is a Chinese educational motivation theory with dominance of fostering the existential motivation. In the practice of teaching, it puts conserving and motivating the speech desire of the students as the starting point and end point. The paper, starting from the Chinese educational idea of Speech Life Dynamics, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional writing evaluating teaching and then points out the dynamic cause for the traditional low-effective evaluation. Further more, it proposes the writing evaluation idea and principle of Speech Life Dynamics, and moreover, it make researches on how to infiltrate the factor of Speech Life Dynamics into the teaching practice of writing evaluation, in which way it is making an attempt to change the current effective writing-evaluating teaching condition.
