As is known to all, classroom teaching is the main channel of school education. How to fulfill the teaching goals and improve classroom teaching efficiency has always been the key issue in relevant research. Since recent years, a new type of teaching mode, which is called "two befores" and "two afters", has been established in our school. This teaching mode means "learning before teaching and practicing before guiding" or "teaching after learning and guiding after practicing". Under this mode, the biology teaching group of our school has been doing an active research on how to design and implement Learning-guiding Plan for the classroom teaching, in the course of which, successful teaching output has been yielded in many aspects.Based on behavior, experience as well as case study theory, the author throws light on the designing and implement of biology learning plan. Meanwhile, some typical learning and teaching cases have revealed the ginger of the classroom teaching activities. Scrutinizing the teaching procedure, this essay renders tremendous different criteria to the teachers and students in the process of High Efficiency Classroom teaching.
