Biology is a lab-based science, The biology course of middle school aims to enhance students'scientific Science literacy, and promote overall development of students, the ability of experimental biology of students is one of the only way to make students have a certain one scientific literacy. This paper discusses the meaning of the ability of biological experiments and theoretical basis, in the capacity of rural high school students in Survey of biological experiments based on the proposed biological experiments ability of high school students in rural areas. The Paper is divided into four parts:PartⅠ: the Paper discussed discusses the meaning of the ability of biological experiments and theoretical basis, and analyzed the importance of the ability of student biological experiments.PartⅡ: through investigation on situation of student ability of biology experiments for rural high school, it can see that middle school students ignored the experiment but emphasis on results, Ignore the experimental nature but emphasis on phenomenon, and have no strong awareness of biological experiments.PartⅢ: The paper discuss based on the investigation of analysis of the ability of biological experiments of high school students in rural areas, Proposed the strategies to foster the ability of biological experiments,it follow as:it should emphases on teaching of biological experiments,enhance the quality of experiment of teacher;complete four types of experiments, training the comprehensive experimental ability of students.
