| In the twenty-first century, the human civilization has revolutionized itself into an information era. The various impacts and conflicts caused by this new environment has rapidly forced people to realize and understand the importance of information, which has taken a crucial and leading role in today's development. The Chinese teaching has been a comparatively closed situation, where the text book is the only source of educational information, and the teacher is the sole transport, and everything is only transported in the Chinese class. Apparently, this old way of teaching is no longer feasible for today's information era, which is also called " Learning to learn" era. Nowadays students are promoted to develop their self-learning techniques and styles.《Curriculum Reform of Basic Education Program》has clearly indicated that the importance of Chinese education should focus on students' learning process, promote self-innovation, stimulate their learning potentials, combine academic knowledge with practice, develop students' fundamental skills such as observation skills, communication skills, networking skills, social skills, research skills, organization skills, and team cooperation skills. In other words, it strives to develop students' information research, analysis and process capabilities, because possessing these abilities is the key to meet the demands of today's global competition.
