Along with the in-depth of reforming & opening-up and the development of the socialist market economy, the consumption is changing enormously. The consumption culture impacted and effected college students'life as a common culture. As a special consume colony, the value of contemporary college students is also changing enormously. They are inexperienced in society but full of curious, they do not have any financial income but they live and consume comparatively independent, the mentation and mode of life determined they stand in front of the entire consume colony. The instruction and guidance of consume of college students in China's colleges is quite deficiency. How to guide college students to foster a right view on consume,form a nicer consume habit,to have a healthy consume culture is one of the most important and insistent ideological and political education tasks.This article focuses on the impact of consume culture in the value of college students and how to solve this impact. Based on the clarification of the consume culture and the related theory of value of college students, grounded on perspective of the ideological and political education, analyzed and discussed the positive and negative sides of four main impacts - the political value,moral value,life value,consume value. Based on facts research, related data, systematically analyzed the actuality of the consume culture of college students. Discuss the outstanding problem. Followed by the basic principal and guidance, exert the effect of ideological and political education, reinforce the education of the value of college students, help college students to foster a scientific consume culture, construct a nicer Trinitarian consume education environment of society,college,family, strive to totally improve the value of college and provide some useful references.
