Primary school education of historical knowledge can be understood as a tool to help students at primary school master certain knowledge of history, form the preliminary values and world view through the rational knowledge of history, the historical knowledge of infiltration decomposition to each subject and school based course, therefore students can get a clear and organized idea about the major events and characters in China history and world history, which lays the foundation for more in-depth historic learning in junior high school. This is put forward on the basis of J.Piajet's cognitive theory and B·A·Cyxomjnhcknn's historic knowledge theory.The subjects of Primary school education mainly refers to children of 7-12 years old, who are on the transition period phase of physical and mental development. Their psychological development is not very mature, being in half mature and half childish, half the tangled contradictions and half rely on independent state. Their political ideas, moral quality and world view is being formed in, having great plasticity and their imitation ability is very strong, easy to be influenced by different thoughts. It is difficult for students to achieve the goal of historical knowledge mastery only by setting up a complete history course and systematic explanation. The diversity and wide range of the permeability education stimulates the young children's study enthusiasm and interest, thus reaching the various requirements on knowledge and skills, education and attitude.The permeability historical knowledge in Primary school is related to the knowledge of human society. Its contents are mainly on exploring how to help students to get a correct orientation of historical figures, as well as events. Thus they can form a correct view of history, get a general idea of our Chinese people and have a basic understanding of those historical figures that stand out in the historical development. It widely occurs in Chinese, Maths, English, social & notability Scientifics discipline, and its distribution of proportion, scope in different disciplines is also various.Historical knowledge of permeability in Primary school education shares many attributes as openness, exploring and recognizing, creativity and diversity. Attention should be paid to general principles, such as individual intention and overall demand principle, democratization and equal cooperation and trust principle, exploring spirit. During the implementation, it should be balanced between umbrella brand with enforceability in compiling conventional teaching material, unification of subject knowledge and historical knowledge, integration of students'characters, knowledge range as well as historical knowledge. Also evaluation system should be constructed on the basis of emotion, attitudes, values and students'comprehensive development, taking concept of dynamic diversification as strategies.The target system of historical knowledge in Primary school cannot be regarded as a minimized version of junior and senior history; it should be tightly connected with junior and senior objectivity system, which has its own knowledge, ability, emotion, attitude and values goals. Educators need to make all kinds of target, conforming to humanity social discipline characters, in line with the characteristics of modern society and information integration, diversity and complexity, which helps to carry out all kinds of teaching and learning activities, develop students'various kinds of intelligence and ability and get a better understanding of its own life.There are some difficulties in the implementing of historical knowledge permeability at Primary school, which require teachers to continuously explore reasonable use and development of curriculum resources, completely change the only score result based evaluation system, regarding the historical knowledge permeability education as a kind of education thought and a way of education.
