Whether the reform of History course is successful or not has much to do with the quality of teachers. For History teachers, how to improve their qualities and shape their new roles becomes an urgently-to-study topic. Because of the deepen Curriculum reform and the developing of theoretical and practical issue, qualities of history teachers are endowed with new content.The new education philosophy from new Curriculum reform and the relocation of teachers'role, as well as the new request to professional skills, all which are result for unprecedented profession crisis and survival challenges to teachers. Only to have extensive and professional knowledge, history teachers can operate from a strategically advantageous position in teaching, and make teaching filled with such aplomb, and integrate various branches knowledge to enrich their teaching content. Student-Oriented puts forward higher request to teachers and it also requests teachers being from Jiaoshujiang of subject standard orientation to the organizer, assistant and guide. History curriculum reform should promote the changing of teaching method, and encourage teachers to explore new teaching way creatively, and improve teaching method and means, as well as organize varied teaching practice activity to stimulate student's interest in history. For teachers, communication means share understanding together; teaching in the class is the process of vital movement, professional development and self-realization. History tries their best to make their language with knowledge, emotion and philosophy blend naturally. History teachers need explore new teaching method in the class and meld contents with educational innovative consciousness together, in order to make interest in innovation. With higher education qualities, History teachers can listen to students'voice and learn their inner world, as well as settle the students'trouble and confused. Only to have some educational sensitivity, History teachers can discover the better character; make the best use of the situation to make best effect. History teachers should have full and extensive knowledge, and conduct students with truth knowledge to let them touch the power character and of knowledge, and exerts a subtle influence on students'nature of mind.Student-oriented is the key philosophy in the new round of Curriculum reform, and for student, it emphasizes the initiative searching, discovery and construction to the knowledge. It also emphasizes that the ultimate goal of teaching is to promote student. If given environment full of humanistic spirit and care, lively and vivid teaching environment, the students can learn the knowledge better and can help them make wonderful and harmony family life. The new curriculum combines the social educational function of history education with human's development educational function. In teaching, we should respect and understand student, and through tapping their existing potential and character to embody the humane care to students. History teachers should suit the need of information times, and make their ability with moral character, as well as knowledge combined together.
