Based on Holland's Vocational Interest Inventory and Levenson's Intemality, Powerful Others, and Chance Scale, this paper is to discuss college students' psychology locus of control, and their vocational interest's difference and characteristic, and the relationship. Those college students are different majors, genders and from quite diverse groups,393 of them are stratified random sampling. The research result indicates that,1. College students' vocational values:welfare and remuneration are highly considered when looking for a job; whether there is room for fully making use of one's potentials; if it is a stable and safeguarded job, and some factors relative to that. As for certain high social status and less pressure of jobs, those do not affect their choices much.2. Characteristics of college students' vocational interest:(1) there are some gender differences in terms of vocational interest, females apparently have more artistic vocational interest than males. Males apparently have more realistic and investigative vocational interest than females. (2) there is obvious discipline difference in vocational interest, science students interest in realistic and investigative occupations more. (3) different background students appear obvious difference in vocational interest. Students from rural area keep interest in realistic and investigative occupations, students from urban area gain more points at enterprising than those from rural area.3. There exists prominent gender difference in internality of locus of control, male students get absolute higher scores than female students.4. There exists apparent positive correlation between the internality of college students' psychology locus of control and vocational interest, the negative correlation obviously appears between chance of college students' psychology locus of control and vocational interest.
