After the reformation of the new course,the open teaching for the pupils' development needs a higher qualification of the teachers.The knowledge whether professional or concerned should continuously satisfy the need of the pupils' development,which increases with specific character.For the teachers,they should continuously learn to renew and store knowledge and raise their own professional skill level and cultural details.As a school,from the point of view of the school for the teacher's professional development,offer a development platform for the teachers.The article takes the present situation of the inner school training of a primary school in Changchun City as an example,through the observation and study on the inner school training for ten years and the analysis of the document concerned,puts forward advanced inner school training concept,studies the practical efficient tactics of the inner school training,which not only enriches the theoretical system of the training for the teacher's professional development but also promotes the training's managing practice,there for promotes the teacher's professional developmentThe article consists of five parts.The introduction first introduces the background of problem pointing out and the thinking of the problem. Secondly it summarizes the study literature concerning the school construction of teacher's professional development type and the managing of the inner school training in the recent years.At the same time it points out the meaning of the study in theory an practice,the method and object of the study.The first part states the relation between the teacher's professional development and the inner school training,on the basis of the definition to the two aspects.The second part takes the present situation of the teacher's professional development of a primary school in Changchun City as an example.It mainly analizes the existing problem in the present situation and its cause.The third part takes the present situation of the inner school training of a primary school in Changchun City as an example.It analizes the existing problems and cause.The fourth part puts forward the concerning tactics for the inner school training for the promotion of the teacher's professional development.The tactics consists of forming the training concept of "people's interests fitst",building the training model of "three types ten steps" to train dividedly,unfolding "the same lessons with different teaching" to promote the teacher's professional development,making the study of small task as a platform to unfold th inner school training.
