Research And Enlightenment From Japan's Visually Impaired Education Under The Support Of Information Technologies

According to the degree of disability, the teaching methods and technology will be flexible to meet every visual disability's need. The related experts never stop to develop the suitable auxiliary equipments and software to support their learning. It is important to analyze kinds of suitable technologies in visually impaired education for further research. Taken the visually impaired education in Japan and China as the research objects, this paper is aimed at elaborating the guiding plan, the education system and the administrative management system education of the special education in Japan. This paper illustrates the visually impaired education and the mainstream technology application, especially points out the status of the current visual disabled education in Japan. Then taking Tsukuba University of Technology as an example, this paper illustrates the technology application in visual impaired education in Japan. In order to compare, this paper continues to take the School of Special Education in Changchun University as an example, to reveal the status of visual disabled education China by collecting the materials of the questionnaire, to analyze the results of materials, and to get the scientific conclusion with statistic data. Based on this finds, the current problems can be concluded. Finally, this paper points out the potential problems, and explains the possible reasons. The purpose is to improve the visually impaired education with the support of technology according to their needs, to accelerate the pace of being a social people, ultimately to realize the process of modernization in the visually impaired education.
