Mankind has entered information age nowdays. Information technology which take internet technology & multimedia technology as core brings great effect on the people's living, working & studying mode with its continuous development. Information technology is coming into classroom gradually. Education teaching reform has become a new theme of education reform with the entry point of information technology and curriculum integration. It has changed traditional teaching structure and teaching mode through effective integration between information technology and subject curriculum and the process of teaching and learning has been got optimized. This new type of integration has become the important guarantee of increasing the quality & efficiency of teaching in the class.This article make exploration and research on the integration mode of information technology and subject curriculum with history as its subject. First, this article points out the problem and shortage of history course curriculum integration based on the deep analysis of current situation about information technology and curriculum integration in our country. This article also ascertain its research contents and target. Secondly, this article focus on the research on the teaching mode of history in the middle school within the environment of multi-media and network. This article put forward new kind of multi-media teaching mode called "setting up situation, task arrangement, cooperation and interaction" and network teaching mode called "setting up situation, display of target, subject research, collaborative learning, Transfer application, Summary of development" meanwhile, this article also make practice with two teaching cases and get an analysis and summarize for the teaching result. Finally, this article put forward its opinion and suggestion about information technology and history in middle school integration. Broaden the thinking of solving problem, developing interest of using information technology, improving the ability of learning by oneself,cooperation study and exploration learning. Increasing the ability of innovation thought and practical ability.
