The competition among countries lies in the competition of comprehensive power, whose nature lies in the talented people. The key to the talented people is education; the hope for education is education reform; the aim to the reform of education is to realize the fundamental reform of teaching and learning methods, which is based on information technology. And therefore the goal to combine information technology and curriculum is to realize the reform of teaching and learning methods. Only in this way can education meet the demands of information society.The achievements of the paper are based on the practical experience of the school where the writer works and at the same time the writer accumulates much of his own experience. Meanwhile the advanced teaching experience from home and abroad contributes to the writer's"Theory of Integration".The basic conclusion of the paper is: the integration process of information technology and curriculum is the process during which we realize the reform of teaching and learning methods. In the process we can informatize teaching-learning methods, which is the unclear of modern education.The achievements of the paper are made up of the following parts: during the integration, four rules should be followed. And they are the education rules, the teaching-learning rules, how students improve their health and mind and how students acknowledge the world in different stages. The achievements of the paper agree with the new concept of modern education and the advocated new theory of education. The integration follows five principles: to conform advanced teaching theories, to design perfectly, to optimize process, to accumulate knowledge, to apply to multi-participation. The tactics of integration are studied. The design of questions and assignment are the most important tactics and the tactics to beautify the teaching plan is also included. New models such as multimedia, web, electronic publication, AM, and E-Mail and other off-line facilities can be made good use of. To advance the integration, the evaluating system must be set up. The subject, limits of authority, ways and the regulation should all be balanced. Besides, problems coming up during the process should be thought over and summarized so that the best way of solving them can be found.The view I hold in the paper is to be tested. The aim of integration of information technology and curriculum is to guide the writer to develop teaching in a better way. The clues, the principles, the tactics, the models, the tests, the feedback and the evaluation can help the reformers. This paper can be a help and reference for the people who are devoted to the combination of curriculum.
