| The humanistic education is higher education's basic work, it is a foundation of the nation and the nationality that to enhancing its intension and saving its potential, it is also the motive power of the economic and social's long last development. Therefore, the prosperity of humanistic education is of prime importance to the nation and the nationality.To cultivate humanistic literacy is a long-term accumulated, there need comprehensive curriculum system and culture environment to nurture. Not only compare notes and internalization from teachers and students are needed, but also to form the consciousness of action which influence the style of study, the spirit of school and the general mood of society in a positive way. Training students'ability is part of training basic qualities, in which focuses on vision, quality, thought and problem solving.In spite of each college has beneficial exploration with talent training of humanistic education in recent years, and made a lot of great experience. However, the mechanism of humanistic education's talent training exits some shortages. Hence it is necessary to reconsider about the curriculum system, the teaching method and the evaluation method of teaching. Through the discussion of the mechanism with humanistic education's talent training, and analysis the achievements and deficiency, thus to explore the mechanism of humanistic education's innovative talent training which can cultivate more talent of humanistic with a strong social responsibility and use their ego strength consciously to influence the style of study, the spirit of school and the general mood of society in a positive way.This study focused on the mechanism of humanistic education's talent training as the research object. On the basis of traditional humanistic talents'training experiences, using layered orientation theory as the tool. Based on literature survey and questionnaire analysis of humanistic education's cultivation objective, curriculum offering, teaching method and assessment method from nine universities in different types. It is revealed the problems that exit in humanistic education nowadays, and discuss the training mechanism of humanistic education's talent training in colleges and universities in China. |
