Reform and development are the permanent theme of education, and first of all, the development of education necessarily requires the teachers'improvement. The success of the quality-oriented education and the New Curriculum Reform depends on teachers'involvement and improvement.This thesis mainly discusses the development course of the chemistry teacher's ability in inquiry , especially in the background of the new curriculum standard requirement . It's an attempt to find the reasonable foundation for the chemistry teachers who strive to improve their technology of specialty. Specifically , the thesis analyzes a number of cases which are from our practical teaching experience , and particularly we focus on the problems and difficulties during the teaching process. Detailed analysis and research have been made by working on the teaching narratives and individual case-study of the chemistry teachers'in order to find the main characteristics , influential factors and development laws of the chemistry teachers'ability in inquiry ; Furthermore, we explore the ways in detail about how to improve chemistry teachers'ability in inquiry . Hopefully it would be helpful to better understand the technology specialty of the chemistry teacher---especially the development of inquiry ability in a more comprehensive and precise way. |
