The subject of global education is a worldwide issue. Participation is a way of survival and development for the students in the modern world. As the main part in a class, students should play an active role in it, which is the direct reflection of their importance during a class and is also one of the factors which restrict the effects of their study. However, there exit many problems in the present class of history. The teaching of the history in senior high school is lacking in development goals; students are not playing an active part during the process of the class; the effects of the teaching are far from satisfactory. Therefore, it is urgent to encourage students to participate in the class actively and change the silent class into creative and lively one, making the class of history a period to help students to develop their ability, morality, and attainment in history. It is certain that this change will help the students to show their vigor and personality. Students'active participation must be the base to build up a lively class of history, which is of great significance for both social and personal development.
