From the latest curriculum reform on knowledge and skill's specific objectives, specific context's standards and recommended on textbook's preparation, it can be seen that in this new curriculum reform that knowledge's creation and development process become the focus and this process will be blend into the Reform of Teaching Materials, aiming to achieve Quality-oriented Education. History of Physics has the distinctive features on Physical Science's content and Scientific process's history, which plays an important role on leading the students easy understand the Physics context, research methods in physics and train of the thinking.As an important form of a new round of curriculum reform results, how reflects the text of scientific process that is embodied by the history of science in our country's new high school physics textbook in the number? how is reflected in the textbooks? That triggers the author's thinking. For which the study has took high school physics two materials that are required in the current, making a text analysis on the content of scientific process which is reflected by the history of science, hoping to find problems. On this basis, we expect to provide some reference for textbook to promote their better development.It is found that through the text analysis: 1.On the whole the content of the scientific process in the history of physics under the new standard of teaching materials is relatively moderate, which matches with requirements of the material (the contents of textbooks should pay attention to the occurrence of scientific process), that is the content of the history of physics is better handled in the two required materials under the new PEP . 2. In the context of the scientific process of materials logical reasoning and empirical are reflected the most, followed by limitations of science and evaluation, diversity, challenge and non-objectivity of the method are involved very little. 3. Most of the history of science, scientific process are presented in the body of material (inserted as relevant information) and in reading material extended, there is a small part that is as background material of new knowledge to introduce teaching materials, only a few history of science materials appear in the form of exercises, In addition the content of science and technology activities materials is only one place. So that we can think the way the contents of the history of science or scientific process into the textbooks is not enough diversified.
