The history of Physics ,embodies the course of the human exploration and progressive understanding of the physical phenomena, identities, laws, and the nature of the world ;Contains the factors of the rich Epistemological and Methodology.The teaching of history of physics is not only to stimulate interest in learning physics ,but more importantly for the students to conduct scientific attitude, feelings , values education, and scientific spirit mold .In the basis of collation and analysis of the study of home and abroad,We should further explore the education functions of teaching of the history of physics, discuss the objectives and principles of teaching of the history of physics as well as an opt-in classroom teaching standards,and analysis into the mode in the teaching of history of physics. Finally we take the teaching model of "infiltration and student autonomy in the classroom research" into practice for the teaching experiment, and the results of the study showed that it can stimulate the interest of students studying physics ,deepen the understanding of the nature and the scientific method, and improve the awareness of the scientific spirit and attitude by teaching the history of physics.
