In recent years,that the constitution of Chinese primary and middle schools' students tents to weaken attracts much attention of the society.At the end of 2006,our country called the National School Physical Education Conference,in which a number of measures to improve the physical health of students were put forward,including to carry out Sunshine Sports in nationwide.In past 3 years,with the ongoing Sunshine Sports,the constitution of students has been improved to some extent,but there also were some problems in the implementation process.For example,because of lack of scientific guidance of fitness programs,many students made some blind exercises,to had exactly opposite effects.More and more experts start to realize the importance of scientific fitness among children and teenagers.Fitness Joint Exercises was worked out by Zhou Daohong by Personal training and theory-studying in 10years,who retired from Xi'an Physical Education University.The purpose of this reseach is to determine the physical quality and function index of the testers of Fitness Joint Exercises by experimenting,thereby provide a scientific basis for teenager-fitness.In order to improve pliability and balance of students more scientificly and rationally,and according to physical growth, physiological and psychological characteristics of teenagers,our experiment adapt the Fitness Joint Exercises for junior middle school students'scentific exercises.Our experiment selected the students of Xi'an No.91 Middle school,Grade 1,whose age is between 13 and 15,as the objects,by 10-week-fitness exercising,using literature, experiments and mathematical statistics,and so on,compared and researched abilities of the students' physical health,and we had these conclusions:Fitness Joint Exercises could increase flexibilities of students' joints to improve students' pliabilities and balance abilities.The research proves that Fitness Joint Exercises a good way to improve teenagers' joint pliabilities and also could prevent joints against harm to some extent.1.Fitness joint operation can effectively improve the balance of middle school students will help middle school students to maintain good shape. Meet the daily life and the sport needs.2.Fitness Joint Exercises can improve junior middle school students' balance abilities.It's good at keeping good shape,and meet the needs of daily life ang sports exercises.3. Fitness joint exercise on muscle strength development of middle school students have a certain effect, but not very significant, can be used as an aid to strength training. But the fitness conditions joint operation is not subject to systemic movement, and general fitness is the fitness of different joint training operation targeted the muscles around the joints and the joints, ligaments and so on.4. Fitness joint exercise has little effect on the development of junior endurance, only a few breathing exercises method of adjustment will have an impact on vital capacity and indirectly to improved lung function.
