For recent years, in order to implement the three-dimensional goals "knowledge and skills", "the process and the method", "emotions, attitudes and values" the new curriculum reform has proposed, and to cultivate students innovative spirit and practice ability, a large number of domestic teaching reform models have sprung up and made much successful experience. In Chinese teaching model reform of junior middle school, Yangsi model and Dulangkou model have made greater influence. These novel teaching reforms have promoted the transformation of teaching thought, which pay more attention to students subject status, stress to establish newly equal relationship between teachers and students and focus on the cultivation of students innovative spirit and ability.This study is not only the general clearing of course of Chinese teaching reform in junior middle school at my county in recent years, but also the summary and ascension of its practical experience and the analysis and discussion of this model. The research makes "students happy to learn" a breakthrough and pays attention to cultivation of students comprehensive abilities, especially reading ability, self-study ability and their innovative thinking ability. And the research is aiming to promote the formation and development of students Chinese literacy.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is a brief introduction of reasons for choosing this topic, aim and meaning of this research and research methods and analyses the related literature; The second part elaborates the theoretical basis and practical idea of this model based on general explanation the concept of"One target with several aims, improvement for both reading and writing"; The third part mainly introduces implementing measures, steps, principles and strategies of this model; The fourth part introduces and analyzes the achievements and value of this model; Finally, from the experiment summing up the enlightenment, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the Chinese language teaching of junior middle school.
