The Study Of The College Students Employment Under Harmonious Society

On the basis of substance and culture provided by reform and opening-up, in 2004, the Central Committee of the CCP officially proposed the concept that is to construct the socialist harmonious society. Since then, this notion was enriched and developed constantly,and went deeper into many aspect in society. Under the guidance of the harmonious society notion, the problems of the university students' employment were given a high degree of attention by government, which has issued several policies that promote the university students' employment. However, the problem of university students' employment originated from the economic structure, especially the industrial structure. And industrial structure determines the structure of employment. Today, the policies has been issued by country, which is related to college students' employment, can only ease situation of college students' employment, which cannot solve the problems thoroughly.The article take the harmonious society theory as guidance, and take the problems of college students' employment as the main line. by using comparative analysis, the methods of the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis are to be study systematically the problem of university students' employment in the harmonious society. On the basis of the analysis of profound connotation of harmonious society, the two-way relationship between the harmonious society and college student employment are proposed and explained. On the one hand, the construction of the harmonious society can help college students' employment; On the other hand, the college students employment can also promote the construction of the harmonious society. However, either from the perspective of the economy and society or the perspective of the ideology and culture is concerned, in the current stage, the construction of the harmonious society in China still has many unharmonious factors. Those generated in the process of social development not only restricts the progress of society,but also profoundly tied the employment of the college students. Therefore, to construct the economic structure that is to fit the harmonious social development; to build the values that is to fit the ideas of the harmonious society, to cultivate the new talents that is to fit building the harmonious society are three efficient ways to solve the problems of the college students employment.There are two innovation in the article.firstly, with new perspective analyze the reasons of the predicament of the college students employment. secondly, with the new way solve the problems of the college students employment.
