| At present, the difficult employment of university graduates in our country has become a big concern. 6.1 million new graduate students in 2009 add 1.5 million unemployed students in previous years composed a large number. Thus, the employment difficulty of graduate students is on the rise in recent years. With the advent of the financial turmoil, it had become more severe. If the capacity of the job market in the community does not increase significantly, the employment of university graduates in China is even more prominent and attentive.Therefore, on the background of increasingly serious employment situation, the research on employment of university students is urgent and important. The employment issue is not only an economic issue, but also a social and political issue. The employment is becoming increasingly prominent and attentive after the enrollment expansion of colleges. University students are valuable national asset, an important part of human resources, big force to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development and to build a well-off society. Therefore, the increasingly severe employment situation affects the nerve of various circles of society. Whether graduates can access to society smoothly and find their right place or not have become the focus of attention. First, the employment of university students currently compose an important part of employment of the whole society, if graduates can not employed successfully, it will not only affect personal life and emotional thought, but also result in various contradictions and problems, which will induce a direct impact on the construction and development of a harmonious society. Second, Employment has a vital bearing on the People's livelihood, which is related to the livelihood of the closed interests of graduates. Finally, whether students can find a job after graduation or not, to a certain extent, reflects the level and quality of current higher education and relates the smooth progress of higher education. Therefore, analyzing the current employment situation, problems and causes, and putting forward ideas and methods have great practical significance on China's economic development, harmonious society construction, the progress and popularization of higher education and students themselves. College students is the most important and valuable social resources, Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the implementation of the development strategy of employment: insist on active employment policy, strengthen government guidance, improve the market mechanism, expand the scope of employment, improve employment structure, and propose to active work in graduates employment specifically. All these reflect the party and the government's concern on the issue, but the difficult employment of college students will continue for a long period of time, so this issue should be investigated deeply. I hope that the community, government, universities and students can make efforts to resolve employment problem starting from their own to maintain social stability and fairness, so that promote social harmony and stability in development finally.The introduction and three bodies composed the paper. The first part mainly analyzed the causes of employment. The paper analyzed the current reasons of grim situation employment from the society, the total jobs vacancies, personnel training, students themselves. The second part discussed negative effects it may lead to. It is not conducive to social stability and harmony, the smooth implementation of reinvigorating China through human resource strategy and also the cultivation of normal personality. The third part proposed strategies and recommendations to alleviate this problem based on the previous analysis: improving the long-term service mechanism, deepening of market-oriented reform of higher education, strengthening students` professional quality and mental health education; creating a fair and relaxed working environment.
