| Primary school education plays a basic role on the whole education system. Primary school education is very important for modeling people's learning interest, learning desire and active attitude. This study selected students from W elementary school as the research object, and mainly get material by depth interview. The interview began in April 2010, mainly collected information from the following aspects:study activities of primary stage, key factors of life development, and imaginative reconstruction of primary school education. By using the method of generic analysis, the survey materials are analysed and encoded, and then the core ideas is extracted.Research results show that the important value of primary school education does not lie in how much knowledge the students have learned, but lies in that in primary school correct moral concept and good habit of studying can be cultivated,at the same time the intelligence and individual character can be effectively exploited. From the interview material, we can get that the head teacher, overall culture of the school, and the pattern of teaching activities all play very important part in cultivating one's intelligence, individual character and moral character which all deeply influence individuals' lifelong development.Based on the analysis of the literatures and interview materials, we made the conclusion that the primary school education should always keep the quality of " pleasant, tolerance, warm, confidence"; attach importance to develop teachers' influence especially the head teacher; The biggest lifelong effect which the primary school stage on the learners is about the infiltration and training of "virtue" ; the way of teaching knowledge more easily give the individual unforgettable lifelong memory; Elementary education managers should be fully aware of the primary education's enjoy function, what's more, the primary school education has a growth mechanism of "secondary role" in individual lifelong development. |
