Primary schools are schools where children receive primary formaleducation.Primary education is the implementation of children’s moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and other comprehensive development of education,neither employment-oriented vocational and technical education,nor is it to train high-level specialized personnel professional education,but to children to implement the basic knowledge and basic Skills,basic education,on the basis of their ability to develop and cultivate their noble ideological and moral qualities and improve their physical and psychological qualities,so that they havesome of the basic quality of the people should enlighten them to understand society,understanding of life for them Smooth secondary education to create the conditions.The primary and secondary school teachers are the key to the success of primary education.The glorious and arduous task is to teach students how to learn new knowledge,discover their interest and interest,and find the students’ existence The problems and to seek appropriate solutions to promote healthy and happy life of students and development.Primary school teachers’ work attitude,behavioral status,the stability of career choice and teaching methods,directly affect the quality of primary education and the normal development of students.The primary focus of the management of primary school teachers isto organize resources to maximize the mobilization and play the enthusiasm of all primary school teachers in order to ensure a high level,high efficiency,creativity to complete the primary school educationtasks.It can be said that raising the enthusiasm of primary school teachers is to improve the core competitiveness of primary education,that is,to improve the sustainable and healthy development of primary school protection level.Therefore,the primary school managers must understand the primary school teachers’ work status and work enthusiasm level,analyze the factors that affect the enthusiasm of primary school teachers,objectively assess the negative factors,according tothe current needs of primary school teachers,research and design of primary school teachers to mobilize the work of incentives and programs.The main contents of this paper include three parts:The first part clarifies thepurpose of this paper and expounds the significance of this study by expatiating on the motivation of primary school teachers and the research of incentive theory at home and abroad.In the second part,the present situation and the existing problems of Dongfeng primary school teachers in Sanmenxia are pointed out,and the maincauses that affect the teachers’ enthusiasm of Sanmenxia Dongfeng Primary School are analyzed.In the third part,according to the characteristics of primary school teachers’ needs and motivating principles,the countermeasures to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers in Dongfeng Primary School in Sanmenxia are put forward.There are many factors that affect the enthusiasm of teachers in Dongfeng Primary School in Sanmenxia City.Demand is the driving force to improve the enthusiasm of primary school teachers.Only by starting from the needs of primary school teachers and following the principle of encouragement of primary school teachers,under the correct guidance of primary school managers,we can effectively carry out the following nine countermeasures to enhance the enthusiasm of primary school teachers:(1)released "Zuoban";(2)clear the core work of primary school teachers are teaching;(3)the establishment of protection mechanisms for primary school teachers;(4)to create a democratic and harmonious campus culture;(5)establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism and performance appraisal system;(6)to establish reasonable and transparent Title Evaluation System;(7)adopt different incentive measures according to the different needs of primary school teachers;(8)managers lead by example;(9)improve primary school teachers’ training.will certainly be able to fundamentally solve the work of Sanmenxia Dongfeng primary school teachers are not enthusiastic about the issue,to maximizethe mobilization of teachers,improve the quality of primary education in Sanmenxia Dongfeng primary school,promote the sustainable development of the school for the deepening of education reform,Protection.
