Research On Our Country Electronic School Development And Problems

The 21st century Informationization tide sweeps across the global world, it enter into the high-speed development of the information age. Along with the electronic government affairs developing at the height all over the world , information technology also begins to enter into the education field.With the catalytic of information technology ,education is faced with reform and innovation. The global world are formulating the strategic target of education modernization one after another, and informatization is the key to realize education modernization, prompting information technology to be widely used in the education field.Informationization is the future direction of colleges and universities in China, comrade jiang zemin ,in 16 big reports, had proposed "informatization spurs industrialization on while industrialization promotes informatization". Chinese state councilor Chen zhili had also once said: "the modern education technology is commanding height and breakthrough in education reform and development" . In 2005, the ministry of education general office《concerning the construction of education e-government guidance》mentioned "education e-government is an important part of the national e-government construction , is one of the main aspects of education informatization construction , is the important means of realizing education management modernization. That promoting e-government and electronic school construction of education administrative department has become their important mission,changing management function, transforming work methods and style, further improving the quality and efficiency, and establishing the act efficiently, coordinated operation, norms of behavior management system."it is thus clear that China attach importance to university informationlization construction.So this electronic network management patterns begin to be widely used in the daily management of colleges and universities, producing newborn things combining the modern college management and modern information technologies -- electronic school.But, electronic school construction of colleges and universities is a new field, is also a gradual historical developmental process, and don't have much experience for reference. While our country lies at the primary stage of socialism, and the level of economy and science and technology strength are relatively weak, and then in the electronic school construction process there are many kinds of problems.Aiming at these problems, how to reasonablely solve them to promote e-school building is the primary task that we must face currently.This paper firstly introduces the connotation of electronic school , development present situation of foreign electronic school, and then from our university electronic school construction history, present situation, discuss the existing problems in the construction of colleges and universities electronic school,such as capital and its configuration, information literacy, management, resources construction, network security and regulations ,and in the light of these problems, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions ,in order to provide some reference for our country electronic school construction.
