Research On Management Informatization Construction Of Jinhua Polytechnic

The informatization of university management is an important direction of the development of Chinese universities and an important component of education modernization.In recent years,with the continuous development of Internet technology,more and more management work become interlaced and complicated.Under the guidance of the national policies,since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",especially the publication of the "Decade of Education Informatization Development(2011-2020)" and the full success of the first National Conference on Education Informatization,the management informatization construction in colleges and universities has been attached great importance.Under the strong call of the nation,the management informatization construction of Jinhua Polytechnic has also achieved a certain degree of development while some questions have been encountered as well.Therefore,based on the summary of the present situation,the problems existing in the management informatization construction of Jinhua Polytechnic and the causes of these problems have been found out.Having analyzed deeply the related issues and proposed countermeasures,the thesis aims to accelerate the construction of management informatization construction of Jinhua Polytechnic.By applying the theory of administrative efficiency,informatization,scientific management and system management,this paper systematically analyses the current situation of management informatization construction of Jinhua Polytechnic and the existing problems as well as the reasons so as to find out the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions under the guidance of literature research,comparative research,case study and investigation.Taking Jinhua Polytechnic as an example,based on the theory of public management,this paper analyses the current situation of management informatization construction from the aspects of administration,faculty,students,education,teaching,security,finance and assets.The paper summarizes the main problems existing in the current management informatization construction of the university:the backward management system,the lack of software construction,the low level of digital teaching resources development,the weak information sharing rate,the weak decision-making role of information management and the insufficient information level of management personnel.The main reasons for these problems are as follows:no unified information construction planning and standards,insufficient information collection and centralized management,decentralized use,lack of overall management mechanism,backward construction of information talent team and other content.On account of the analysis of the management informatization construction of Boston University,Harvard University,Japan’s "Future Campus" project and other foreign universities,such as Beijing University,Fudan University,Zhejiang Normal University and other domestic universities,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the management informatization construction of Jinhua Polytechnic.The construction of management informatization will involve the following six aspects:administration,faculty,students,education,teaching,security,finance and assets.Through the management informatization construction,the university will be guided to implement the comprehensive management concept of "everything gets managed,the whole process gets managed,and everyone is a manager".It requires the leadership and faculty at all levels to change their concepts,systematically analyze the strengths and shortcomings of school information management,solve management problems,and reflect on the management mode,which will help the university to form a more scientific information management system.There is no ready-made successful experience in the management informatization construction of higher vocational colleges.Up to now,no higher vocational colleges in China can provide general guidance on the path of informatization management for reference.Strengthening the management informatization construction of Jinhua Polytechnic can force it to eliminate the campus information "island",help it integrate all kinds of information resources and application systems and strengthen the construction of "data center" at school level.By means of the unified identity authentication,portal management,resource management and data exchange,the university is expected to integrate modern Internet technology into all aspects of management informatization,form a new networked and intelligent online and offline collaborative management mode,optimize the management process and improve the efficiency of management,reconstructing the information management system of Jinhua Polytechnic and improving the level of school management,service and decision-making.
